Please note, cloud softphone can only be used with PBX extensions, and is not compatible with SIP trunking

Before you begin, ensure the app is downloaded onto the mobile phone, and an extension has been created in VoIP Portal. Note that, to configure cloud softphone, the extension must not be registered elsewhere.
Edit the extension that cloud softphone should use, then enable the Cloud Softphone option. A QR code will be presented.
Run the Cloud Softphone app, select Scan QR, then point your phone’s camera at the QR code displayed.
