We wish to inform you of some upcoming changes.

Over the coming two weeks (commencing Thursday 13/04/2017) we will be working hard on upgrading the backbone and infrastructure that runs our telephone system.
This new infrastructure will allow for faster routing and reducing latency on incoming and outgoing calls.

During this upgrade we will be unable to issue new phone numbers.
We do not plan for there to be any downtime or interruptions to current services during this time, but if you do experience issues please contact us ASAP via reply email, and we will investigate.

This upgrade is a lengthy process and we appreciate your patience throughout this transition.
